Saturday 11th – at 5pm onwards, the Village Hall and Green lights will be switched on followed by convivial ‘get together’ mulled wine, mince pies and shortbread will be served; BYO other drinks, nibbles and glasses.

Come along to the Caldecott Resident’s Street Party to celebrate the Queen’s 70th Jubilee; at the Village Hall on Saturday, 4th June, from 12 noon until 6pm.
Bring your own drinks and picnic and/or make use of the barbecue with salads & bread supplied. There will be children and adult races, competitions and prizes including:
– ‘Best Royalty Related Cake’ competition (bring along on the day)
– ‘Best Decorated House’ in the village competition
– ‘Best Children’s Crown’ competition
To commemorate the occasion, a plaque will be unveiled on the newly planted apple tree planted on the Village Green.

Come along to Caldecott Village Hall on Saturday 2nd July from 2-5pm for an afternoon of village fun. We will have Circus Skills entertainment for children, traditional stalls and games, a display of classic cars, the return of Gretton Silver Band, books & CDS, Granny’s Attic, refreshments, a bar, BBQ and more!

If any residents would like to help out with this wonderful event, there is a meeting on 8th June at 7.30 at the Village Hall. If you could help to set up or run a stall please come along.
