VILLAGE HALL
The Village Hall Committee is short of members and would welcome anyone interested in joining the current small group to help keep our lovely hall in order.

The free coffee morning, with barista coffee and other hot drinks, continues at the Hall. The next dates are 30th September and 14th October.

CHURCH NEWS
The services continue as usual, with services held on three Sundays each month. Notices of service times are displayed on the church noticeboards.
Sunday 11th October – Harvest Thanksgiving, 11am
Gifts of produce and flowers will decorate the church. After the service, these will be sold in aid of The Addington Fund, as in previous years.
Please leave offerings in the church on Saturday 10th October, or bring them along to the service.
REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY – 8th November
The service will begin at 10.50am, so that we are ready for the two-minute silence at 11am.
The open collection will be sent to the Poppy Appeal.
QUIZ – Saturday 9th November

We deliver monthly to the collection point. Donations may be left in the church or at 14 Main Street.
